Participant Waiver & Release of Liability
By registering for and participating in the Lacrosse Unlimited & Shootout for Soldiers Golf Outing, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

I understand that participation in a golf outing and related activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury from golf balls, clubs, golf carts, uneven terrain, weather conditions, and other participants. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Lacrosse Unlimited, Shootout for Soldiers, the host golf course, event sponsors, volunteers, staff, partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising out of or related to my participation in the event.

I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and will comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by event organizers and the host golf facility. I agree to operate any golf carts responsibly and in accordance with course policies.

I grant permission to the event organizers, Lacrosse Unlimited and Shootout for Soldiers, to use photographs, video, or other media taken during the event that may include my likeness for promotional, marketing, or fundraising purposes without compensation.

I understand that event registrations and donations are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizers.

By registering for or participating in this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
